INVITATIONS: Postcard invitations will be printed and mailed to you. 

COMMISIONS:
No commission will be charged on the first $100 of any sale. Above the $100 a 35% commission will be retained by the gallery. 

DELIVERY OR DROP OFF

• Works may be delivered to the gallery Thursday to Saturday, November 9, 10 or 11.
• If hand delivering please arrive between 1 - 4 pm.
• Remember wall-mounted works must be ready to hang (which means with hanging wire already secured).
• If you need to arrange a different time for drop off, give a call or email to arrange an alternate time.

HAND PICK UP
Hand pick up of unsold work will be at the end of the show on Saturday, December 30 at 3-5pm.
(Call or email if you will hand pick up but need a different time)

SHIPPED RETURN
Shipped work will be repacked and returned the week after the show using the shipment method of your choice--use the guidelines below:

• US POSTAL SERVICE: when you ship your package include return postage stamps and a stick on return address label inside your package.

• FEDEX - Include a pre printed return label or a filled out return form with your FedEx account number or credit card number listed on the form and place this inside your package when you ship it. Note: Our shipping location does not accept forms filled in by hand for FedEx ground. If using Fedex ground for return, you need a  printed FedEx return label with a barcode. You can print this from the FedEx web site.

• If you can't obtain return shipping documents at your location your package will be return shipped via USPS or UPS and we will send you a PayPal invoice to collect the shipping fee. The invoice will be for the cost of postage plus a $7.00 return ship fee.  If you want to save the $7, include return shipping postage or labels.

SHIPPING NOTES

• Follow the shipping return guidelines to insure prompt return of your artwork.
• Never ship works framed with glass, use only Plexiglas on shipped works. Glass broken during shipping is the number one cause of damage to shipped artwork.
• Bad packaging can also put your artwork at risk for damage.
• A good package protects the artwork and is easy to open and to repack. For example, for my own paintings, I have used a Styrofoam lined box with a top that opens so the painting can slide out.
• Too much tape on bubble wrap requires the wrap to be cut off the piece and makes it difficult to reuse. If using bubble wrap, use the minimum tape, once it is in the box it is not going to fall off.
